Cooking Instruction: Spread some liquid meat saucce and béchamel in a large buttered baking-pan, sprinkle with grated cheese, then cover with a layer of raw lasagne (If you prefer, you can previously pre-cook lasagne for about 10 minutes in salted boiling water). Make other layers of raw lasagne and sauce. Cover carefully the last one wi9th sauce, béchamel and grated cheese. Bake at 180° - 200° C for about 40 minutes.
