Börek with potato filling.
Ingredients: One packet of pastry leaves, 5 potatoes,1 egg, 1 onion, salt and peppers.
Preparation: Cook the potatoes and mix them with chopped fried onions and put salt and peppers. Place this mixture into the wide side of the pastry leaves and rolls inside. Spread yolk on and bake with 220°C for 20 - 30 minutes, until these become gold-brown. Serve warmly. Enjoy your meal!
After opening keep the products in the refrigerator and use within 7 days.
