Soak the Rice (150g for 2 Person) in cold water for 15-20 minutes and then drain the water. Put 2 cups water into the rice and heat up for 15 minutes in a saucepan. Add salt to taste. Then drain the rice and may add a teaspoon of butter. cover with a lid and leave it on lower heat for 7 minutes till it dries up and rice becomes tender.
